Technical data processed: To deliver and protect the website, the hosting service may record the IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, response code and browser information. The website application does not create a separate access-log database and does not collect project data or files through its own form.
Purpose and legal basis: Technical data is used for operation, diagnosing errors, preventing abuse and security. Processing is based on the controller’s legitimate interest in providing and protecting the online service.
Recipients and retention: Logs may be accessed by authorised FAE staff and, when necessary, by the hosting provider. Retention follows the hosting configuration and is limited by these criteria: service operation, security, incident investigation and legal obligations. If an extract is retained for an incident, it is deleted after the investigation and any associated claims are closed, unless the law requires otherwise.
Analytics and profiling: We count page views and clicks to FAE services in aggregate, by day, language, page and destination. These counters store no IP addresses, identifiers, browser information, full page addresses or project data. They use no cookies or local storage, do not identify unique visitors and do not enable profiling. Counters are retained for 120 days, with access restricted to authorised FAE staff.
Public Facebook posts on request: Some pages include public FAE posts through the official Facebook embed. The website does not contact Meta when the page is merely displayed. The connection begins only after the display button is pressed; from that point, the browser communicates directly with Facebook, and Meta may process technical data and cookies under its own rules. The direct link remains available without activating the embed.
Cookies and local storage: Before an external embed is activated voluntarily, fae-drones.com does not set cookies or use browser local storage. The public staging review environment is excluded from indexing and does not use site-level HTTP authentication.
Links to other domains: When you choose a service, you leave fae-drones.com. The destination domain manages the service and displays its own notice. UTM parameters and referral markers indicate the access source without containing project data.
Automated decisions and provision of data: The corporate website does not make automated decisions and does not request project data. You are not required to provide such data to view the public pages.
Your rights: You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or restriction of processing, and you may object to processing within the limits provided by law. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
